This nose job result is shown about 7 months after the procedure. I made her nose generally smaller, narrower and more fitting to her face. I also reduced the flare of her nostrils which contributed very well to the result. I have been applying steroids into her nose tip to help with the swelling and size as safely as I can. It’s a remarkable difference and she and I both agreed that she looks younger after her nose job. Thicker skin found on the tip of the nose in some patients limits the degree of refinement.
