This lovely young lady requested a nose job. Although I believed she has a good nose, she wanted some subtle changes. I noticed that she also had a relatively weak chin area so I suggested that she consider a small chin implant.
She is here several months out from a nose job and chin implant combination. Walking into the room for the first time since here surgery I was blown away by her appearance. The dynamics of a chin implant and nose job is not to be underestimated. The nose work make her nose smaller and more feminine in her mind. The chin implant created incredible balance and proportions to her face that is undeniable. The combination is more than the sum of the two procedures as the center of her face now is glowing with a pretty nose and the balance of the chin implant has changed her appearance in a great way.
She is very happy. She is a changed woman. For those of you considering a nose job, I may suggest you consider a chin implant at the same time if your chin is weak and your face could benefit from the balancing improvement it provides.
