Patient Details
This is a 31 year old mother of two who is 5’8″ and 130 pounds who was interested in a breast enhancement. She told me that she used to have “perfect” breasts but things changed after her pregnancies. She clearly wanted “lifted and larger” breasts.
She is seen here after a bilateral breast lift with implants procedure with the use of 500cc high profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle and the breast “lift” performed from a vertical approach. The final scar is lollipop shaped. I removed a bit 87 grams of tissue from the left side and 55 grams from the right side.
She is very happy with her results. She is wearing an excellent supportive bra.
