Patient Details
This is a 42 year old woman who is 5’4″ and 130 pounds and was interested in a breast augmentation. She primarily wanted more fullness and roundness.
She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 335cc high profile smooth silicone implants placed beneath the muscle through and incision at the breast bottom.
She is happy. I thought she had nice breasts before surgery. Now they are larger and “nicer”.
