This is a 31 year old female, 5’4″ and 122 pounds who had a breast augmentation with 410cc high profile smooth walled silicone implants beneath the muscle from an incision in the fold at the bottom of the breast.
Not much to say here. She is a great candidate and she has a great result. What you start with has a profound impact on what you end up with.
