This woman desired larger breasts and a smaller waistline. She had excess fat in all the areas that are marked in the photo.
We performed a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants placed beneath the muscle through an incision below the breast. To reduce her midsection, we performed a liposuction (2900cc fat removal) of her trunk. All these procedures were done at the same time. Notice the dramatic, overall shape change with fuller breasts and a much narrower waist.
