This is a 46 year old, 5’1” and 140 pounds, who was interested in what could be done to improve her lower abdomen and her neck. After discussing all of the options at length, we elected for a liposuction alone of both her trunk and her neck.
She is seen here about one year after her procedure. I removed 4500cc of fat from her abdomen, back, flank and upper medial thighs. I also contoured her neck with liposuction as well. Her results are impressive. Her skin has retracted well, she has a big time shape improvement, she has lost weight and she feels really good about her figure. The improvement from the procedure in her neck is obvious, with an impressive neck angle rather than “no neck”. She looks a bit more generous in her chest area because of the narrowing and shaping of her midsection. Her breasts no longer compete with the fullness in her midsection.
