I am really happy with this result (patient is too). My concern was the thick skin on the distal third of her nose. I worked her cartilages carefully and defatted the tip skin judiciously and fortunately she was able to achieve this smaller, more sculpted tip. Skin thickness is a major impediment to sculpture level results. She enjoys a smaller, more sculpted and balanced nose that simply works better for her beautiful face. Results are normal and there were no issues with her surgery or recovery (boring, like I like it!)
