Patient Details
This mother of two was interested in a Mommy Makeover. We performed liposuction of her trunk and extremities (removing 1100cc of fat). We performed a bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants placed beneath the muscle (with 300cc fill). The incision was placed in the breast crease. In addition, we performed a full abdominoplasty with extensive tightening of the fascia. The “after” photos were taken at 4 months post-operatively. Her weight increased from 142 to 147 pounds because she is a fitness instructor and has put on some muscle.
