Patient Details
This patient presented for a breast augmentation. She is here after a bilateral augmentation with 510cc high profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle from an incision in the fold at the bottom of the breast.
From a surgeons perspective, she has small narrow breasts that have to expand about this larger breast implant. This is not always a given and sometimes certain issues can arise (like double bubble, snoopy breast or asymmetries).
Notice how the lower pole of the breast expanded by the implant (the distance from the nipple to the lower breast fold). This makes for fuller breasts that you see and she very much appreciates.
