Patient Details
This is a 36 year old mother of three who is 5’6″ and 146 pounds interested in a breast augmentation. She told me that she is “conservative” and preferred smaller implants and didn’t want to look too obvious after her enhancement. In my notes, I described her breasts as “relatively small, non-projecting, no sag and nondescript”.
She is seen here after a breast augmentation with 275cc moderate profile silicone implants. She is quite happy with her results, but she says that I was right in telling her that she should have gone a bit larger. It’s often the patients that I see in my practice that insist on smaller implants that wish they had chosen a bit larger after their enhancement.
