The skin of the nose is often thicker than average. On profile, the nose appears hooked-shaped, with the dorsum higher than the tip.

Hispanic rhinoplasty is a comprehensive rebalancing and reshaping procedure, resulting in a nose where the dorsum or bridge is lowered, the tip shape is improved, and higher than the dorsum, the width of the nose is narrower.
