Patient Details
This is a typical nose job at Westlake Plastic Surgery. Her nose was wide, her tip was wide, and her nose was long. It wasn't feminine and it clearly didn’t do justice to her underlying beautiful facial features. I lowered her dorsum, narrowed the base of her nose (fracture her bones and narrowed them) and worked in a nice tip so the result is what you see. What I personally see is a beautiful face now unobstructed by her larger, unrefined nose and a beautiful, natural looking nose that compliments her. She told me she hasn’t met a mirror she doesn’t like since her nose job!
