Patient Details
This rhinoplasty patient had a very large nose with a dominating tip that was overgrown and asymmetrical. Her nose completely obstructed our view to her beautiful face. Our goal was to make her nose smaller, smoother, proportional and feminine. These pictures are early out (six weeks). Her nose is major swollen and has a long way to go in terms of shape improvements. Already the change for the better is evident and her appearance is remarkable. When I first walked into her room I wasn’t sure who it was. Having my ipad to see what she had before surgery made the transformation very obvious. Her natural beauty was evident. She was more beautiful than ever—shockingly beautiful compared to her before nose job appearance. I say this and all I did was change her nose a bit. Another bit of evidence to support why I am always talking about the importance of the nose when it comes to facial beauty. So much more feminine. So much more confidence. Immediate acceptance of her new look. I had to share this story with you as my excitement boils over. Looking forward to monitoring her progress in the coming year or two. Looking forward to working on my next nose project!
