Patient Details
This is an early epic result after a rhinoplasty. This super sweet patient basically had a large nose in all dimensions with a beautiful, small face. The goal was to make her nose smaller, balance, proportional, more sculpted and NORMAL.
Our goal was totally achieved. This 8 week result leaves me in tears. She is totally blown away. She said it took two weeks before she totally engaged her new nose and can’t even remember what it used to be. Asked how others have reacted to her new nose she told me that her friends expected some pig nose shape that was unnatural and overdone. They were shocked that her nose was simply normal in every way and how well it fit her face and how unoperated she looked!
I have always stressed normal looking results without any drama/complications/regret. A professional job done well is what I promise my patients. Having said that, noses are complicated, full of lots of emotional stuff and I approach them very carefully. When it comes to noses, proper patient selection is critical for a successful outcome.
