This is all about a larger than ideal nose with thicker skin. These are challenging because thick skin limits my ability to make your nose smaller and to sculpt it the way we want it. No doubt there is a huge change in these photos—the bulk of her nose is gone and it fits with her face much better. It is narrower and more sculpted on the frontal view and the profile and oblique views are a lot better as well.
It`s a normal nose for sure. She is happy for sure. Nevertheless, she and I probably wished it could be even better. But reality rules the day when it comes to rhinoplasty, and it’s my job to help patients better understand what they can reasonably expect based on their anatomy and for them to accept this reality and own their new, improved nose!
