Patient Details
This patient is two years out from her nose job. She is super happy with the changes in her nose. This is a more stylized nose than my typical. I reduced her dorsum to work in the best tip possible considering her anatomy. It’s not a straight dorsum but more of a curve. It works with her face very well—even more so in person than her photos reveal. I put her full face photos because you can better appreciate how the changes in her nose impacted her entire face. By changing the balance of her nose it makes her entire face appear more feminine and attractive. She has fully embraced her result which is an important feature of a successful rhinoplasty.
