This young woman complained that her nose was not shaped as she would like it to be. There is not tip. It is shaped like a parrot beak. Her nose lacked elegance and structure. It is not balanced. Her tip should be higher than her bridge. She is seen here several months after her nose job.
I worked hard to manage her anatomy to shape it up as you can see in these photos. Boy, did I get lucky. I adjusted her tip cartilages and used a graft to help me achieve this goal of more projection and definition of the tip itself. I reduced the dorsum/bridge to bring the tip and the bridge into a more ideal balance. I narrowed the base of her nose a bit.
This result has been an absolute “game changer” for this young woman. She gets compliments all the time. She tells them it’s her “inherited nose”. It looks normal and natural. You would never know that her nose was worked on. I am so happy for her and her future. It’s nice to look in the mirror and love the feedback. It’s a big deal and I am so grateful to be part of this you just can’t imagine how happy it makes me.
