Patient Details
This female patient came to my office because she didn’t like the heaviness of her breasts or the way they made her look and feel. She had already undergone a breast augmentation with textured saline, anatomic (tear drop shaped) implants. She wanted a breast revision with smaller, 200cc silicone implants in the existing submuscular pocket. After surgery, you’ll notice the difference in the appearance of the breast as a result of an implant size adjustment alone. They are shapelier by some measures. However, there is less superior fullness. She is very pleased with the difference.
