This female patient lost 100 pounds through diet and exercise alone! She had very asymmetrical breasts and rib cage. Her right breast was considerably larger and she had loose skin from weight loss and aging. We determined that her breast reconstruction would be done in two stages. First stage, she was reconstructed with 350 cc implants and a breast reduction on the right. Yet, she wanted them larger and fuller. Second stage, the implants were replaced with 700cc silicone in the submuscular position. The larger size implant works well in addressing some of her chest wall asymmetries and providing fullness and a more youthful appearance overall.
