This mother of two, 5’4″ and 147 pounds was interested in a breast enhancement. I told her she had excellent breasts even though they have fallen from their original position. Despite my telling her this, she wanted her breasts to be like when she was younger-essentially higher, tighter, and perkier.
I reconstructed her breasts with a Breast Reduction with Augmentation (BRA) procedure – the more advanced version of the breast lift with implants procedure. This means that I reduced the heavy breast tissue that was hanging, placed 200cc saline implants for superior fullness, and elevated her nipple-areola complex to a more youthful position.
She is seen here at only six weeks after her procedure. Note the dramatic change in the appearance of her breasts-they are without a doubt higher, tighter, and perkier. She says she couldn’t be more pleased. She will continue to settle with time and it is imperative that she wear a very supportive bra to preserve her wonderful breast shape.
