This woman’s breasts “fell considerably” after giving birth to her children. She wanted fuller and perkier breasts. We performed a Breast Reduction with Augmentation (BRA) procedure – the more advanced version of the breast lift with implants procedure. Approximately 100 grams of “hanging” breast tissue was removed. In addition, we placed 375cc silicone implants (under the muscle) through a vertical scar approach. The final scar is shaped like an inverted T. Note the dramatic improvement with soft and natural appearing breasts.
