Patient Details

This is a 36 year old mother of two, who is 5 feet and 122 pounds interested in a breast enhancement. She had relatively nice breasts of moderate size, some ptosis or sagging of her breasts, some loss of superior breast fullness and certainly a size difference right to left. Despite what I just wrote, her breasts are attractive for sure.

I felt that she would be best served with a breast augmentation as she didn’t mind larger breasts that she has. We spent a lot of time with implant sizers and examining her to see which implant size combination worked best for her (looking not only at her breasts but also how the size and shaped worked with her entire figure). I always have concerns about a breast augmentation making a woman look more “heavy” and “matronly”. In general, we are looking at enhanced proportionality and perkier, sexier breasts if possible.

She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone, high profile implants (300cc on the right and 250cc on the left). She enjoys her results. Our goals were achieved-they are more shapely, even in size and more attractive in some ways. She tells me that she gets a lot of attention (something she enjoys). She is very happy with her result. Her bra is supportive of her larger, more shapely breasts.
