This is a young woman who presented to me for a breast enhancement. She has very small breasts on a very asymmetrical chest wall. She has “funnel chest” or pectus excavatum.
She is very self-conscious about her chest and was only interested in very small implants. I “convinced” her on the need for implants large enough to address the underlying issues so that her cosmetic result is optimal.
She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 325cc on the left and 400cc on the right. This result is impressive, and is all predicated on choosing the right size implants that work with her anatomy. It would be hard to tell that she had all of the chest and breast asymmetries before her surgery.
