Patient Details
This is a 26 year old mother of one, 5’6″ and 156 pounds who was interested in a breast augmentation and liposuction. She had small breasts for her figure for sure.
She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 400cc smooth high profile silicone implants placed through an incision beneath the breast. Her post-operative photos show her result about one year later.
Learning points:
- Considering how small and high her breasts were pre operatively, I think she looks really good. They are soft and symmetrical. They fit her figure well. Liposuction wasn’t necessary to balance her figure because her breast enlargement helped with that.
- She told me that her husband wasn’t a “breast guy” but that he really likes her breasts now. As I have said before, most men like breasts and if they tell you otherwise they are probably not totally truthful.
- She was concerned about her breasts drawing attention to her. She doesn’t like attention being focused on her. She told me that she got used to turning heads and likes it now. She spent two weeks at a beach vacation and her swim suits look REALLY nice with her newly found assets.
