Patient Details
This is a 43 year old mother of one, who is 4’11” and 101 pounds interested in a breast augmentation. She is seen here after a breast augmentation with 275cc high profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle from an incision at the bottom of her breasts.
From a technical analysis, she started out with small, non-saggy breasts with excellent skin. This is the ideal situation for a breast augmentation. My experience with Asian patients is that they have tighter tissues and a more adherent chest muscle than most patients. This may mean a little more work at the time of the procedure as well as more time molding the breasts afterwards.
