Patient Details
This is a 39 year old mother of two, 5’4″ and 117 pounds who presented to me complaining of breast deflation after kids. She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth, silicone implants, moderate profile placed beneath the muscle (275cc on the left and 300cc on the right). She chose a nice size for her dimensions. I don’t think her bra is as good as it can be. Her left implant will always have a tendency to move off to the side because of the slope of her ribs (hence the need for a great bra to keep her implants up front and center). I want them to look this great ten years from today!
