Patient Details
This is a 32 year old mother of two, 5’4″ and 130 pounds who was interested in a mommy makeover. Her breasts are somewhat “boxy” in shape with a lack of superior breast fullness. She has a different shape to her underlying ribs, with the high point the area next to her arm pit and the low area the center of her chest. On the oblique or quarter rotated photos, you can see the high-low-high nature of the projection of her breast and chest wall. She is seen here after a breast augmentation with 275cc moderate profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle. She is seen here about a year after her procedure.
Her breasts are looking quite good. She didn’t want them too large as she is quite active and she runs a lot. Her breasts are certainly more attractive, and the breast implant was able to help with the underlying asymmetries of her chest wall.
