Patient Details
This is a 42 year old woman, 5’7″ and 110 pounds interested in a breast enhancement. She has very small breasts with significant chest wall asymmetries that we determined when we were trying on the implant sizers (this is best way to note any chest or breast differences with the help of the sizers). She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone implants placed in the breast crease below the muscle (175cc on the left and 200cc on the right). She is seen here after six months. I made sure to adjust her incision lower than her actual inframammary fold so that when the tissues are expanded the scar will end up in the new fold. Otherwise the incision would appear on the face of the lower breast. Even though the implants are relatively small, they fit her very well, and she enjoys a size and shape that make many of her girlfriends tell her that she made an excellent size choice.
