This patient had a breast augmentation with 300cc high profile smooth walled silicone implants placed below the muscle from an incision at the bottom of the breast.
When you have breasts shaped like this with a loss of superior breast fullness all that is needed is a moderate size implant to fill the upper breast and give the breast more “bling”.
I also performed liposuction of her abdomen and flanks and hips, which, when combined with the augmentation, made a HUGE difference in her figure. It went from post pregnancy “very nice” to “holy smokes!”
