Patient Details
This is a 28 year old mother of one who is 5’4″ and 105 pounds who was interested in a breast enhancement. She has nice breasts, but lost superior fullness after her only child. We tried on implant sizers and she certainly had no problem with the larger implants even with her petite figure.
She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 400cc ultra high profile textured silicone implants placed beneath the muscle through an incision at the bottom of the breast. They are stable, soft and symmetrical here at four months post operatively.
Her only complaint is that she sleeps on her stomach and this can be a bit uncomfortable with these larger implants for sure. I reminded her on the need to wear a support bra at night so that her implants stay up front where they are supposed to be. I don’t want her implants to be squeezed off to the side from the pressure of stomach sleeping.
