This is a 35 year old mother of two who is 5’7″ and 135 pounds who said her breasts “went to hell” after her kids. You can see she has attractive breasts, but a very long upper chest because her breasts are situated low on her thorax.
In her case, I was concerned that her dense tissue and lax skin would not work well with an implant alone. The role of the breast implant is to provide for more superior breast fullness and to shorten the upper pole.
She had a breast augmentation with 350cc high profile silicone implants placed below the muscle from an inframammary incision. Her result is impressive to me-we achieved our objectives and there is no bottoming out as she wears a great bra and I set the implant up a little higher than usual in a smaller pocket. She doesn’t need a lift.
