Breast Augmentation Gallery Plastic Surgery in Austin | Patient 105

Patient Details

This is a 35 year old woman who is 5’8″ and 125 pounds interested in a breast augmentation. As you can see in her photos, this is not a straight forward case. She has pectus excavatum (a condition where the chest is “sunken in” so that the sternal bone is the lowest part of the chest between the breasts). In her case, the right breast was further behind the frontal plane as the left breast. It was shaped differently because there was a lack of rib support behind that breast.

In her case, she received a breast augmentation with smooth round high profile implants (350cc on the left and 400cc on the right). It’s a reasonable result for sure. She is very happy. I was able to adjust the size of the implants to achieve pretty good symmetry. It’s interesting to note that I had to twist her arm big time to put in these “larger” implants because I thought it would work best with her anatomy. After all her hand wrangling, she admitted that she would have liked to go even larger.

BUT, the size is perfect because anything larger would come crashing down in a few years. Her breasts appear larger when she is naked than when she is wearing clothing. I told her she can always “jack up” her breasts with an enhancing bra.
