This young man suffered from gynecomastia with a tubular appearance. This means he has herniation or protrusion of gynecomastia tissue into the areolas that makes them prominent and puffy – NOTHING normal here for sure. He is seen here after gynecomastia surgery.
He received standard treatment. No skin excision around the areolas or anywhere else. My experience told me that his skin would retract well and it has. I treated all four zones of his chest and removed the masses you can see as well as 2000 cc of fatty tissue.
He is a young man in high school. This work that I did is a big deal. He is happy and says it has changed him big time. His parents are very happy with the decision to get this treated. Hopefully I was able to remove his gynecomastia just in time so that he enjoys a full mental recovery and is able to live life to its fullest potential.
