Patient Details
This is a young man who presented to me complaining of gynecomastia and fullness of his abdomen and some skin excess as well on his lower abdomen. He lost a fair amount of weight. He is seen here after his surgery for gynecomastia with liposuction of his abdomen and flanks. The idea was to see if we can realize a sufficient gain just with “straight forward” procedures without having to resort to skin removal alternatives that will leave him with significant and permanent scars.
This is a home run of sorts. His chest is fine and the abdominal area is much better. He obviously has engaged the gym and this helped him build the nice muscle layer that you are now able to see through the thinner layer of tissue on his abdomen. He has some laxity still of the skin on the lower abdomen but he is ok with this and he loves his results and I’m so happy for him personally. Being part of this transformation is special.
