This patient had significant gynecomastia with glandular material removed at treatment. He is seen here about 6 months after gynecomastia treatment surgery. He complains of a small mass on his left side that on examination I suspect it is possibly a recurrence or some scar tissue. I remove it all but I can’t remove every cell that exists. Recurrence is uncommon, but always a theoretical possibility. He was hormone tested by his Endocrinologist and was told he may be someone who has very sensitive tissue that responds excessively with hormone exposure. Either way, I will remove all his tissue in the future with local anesthesia.
You can see that his chest ROCKS. After his recovery from gynecomastia surgery, he started hitting the gym because his body looks quite different. He is very happy. It’s been a game changer for him. Nothing is more rewarding than someone who was motivated by my treatment to engage his body in a positive way. It’s hard to work on your physique when you have gynecomastia. No matter what you do things simply don’t change.
