This 14 year developed significant gynecomastia during puberty. It effects his mind quite a bit and he suffers from the fullness in his chest. What doesn’t help the issue is that he is thin with little to no body fat that would disguise the appearance of his chest. He has frank glandular material on examination. He is here about four months out from his gynecomastia surgery.
You can see the masses that I removed from each side. It is quite impressive, particularly in the light that he has no body fat. How could such large masses develop from his chest?
His result is impressive, and he is quite happy, but no doubt his mind is not clear and he is not fully recovered mentally from his gynecomastia. Until I know of someway to completely free himself from the burden of gynecomastia even after it has been totally treated, I can only suggest that he seek out the benefits of a highly qualified therapist with experience in gynecomastia. I also suggested that he work every day to rid himself of this by essentially throwing it away! I wish I can help you more but I can’t. I can tell you that my research is going to focus on the psychology of gynecomastia.
