Patient Details
This patient had a previous breast augmentation many years ago. She has had children since then and that combined with time resulted in breast ptosis or sagging and a full midsection with the accumulation of fatty tissue, skin excess and a bulge from weakening of the fascia of the abdomen.
She is seen here after implant exchange with a breast lift/reduction and a full tuck with liposuction. What a difference for her! Her pre-pregnancy figure is back and then some.
