This impressive result is from liposuction and breast implants alone. This patient had seen multiple other surgeons and was told she needed a full abdominoplasty and breast implants. I examined your skin and felt that a full tuck wasn’t needed as her fascia was relatively flat and she was lucky enough to have a lot of fat about her midsection that I believed would respond well to liposuction alone (I have done many thousands of these types of cases).
My belief is that I can get this patient looking amazing without evidence that she had surgery. I have seen too many cases where patients look artificial and operated after plastic surgery and I wanted her to look phenomenal naked without big scars.
