This patient is only 7 weeks from her rhinoplasty, so this is still an early result with continued refinement ahead. Even at this stage, however, it is easy to appreciate how much her nose has changed—and how naturally it now fits her face.
Her nose is smaller, smoother, more refined, and distinctly more feminine while still looking completely natural and appropriate for her facial features. The bulky, heavier appearance of the nose has been softened, allowing better balance between her eyes, lips, cheeks, and jawline.
One of the most fascinating aspects of rhinoplasty is that changing the nose changes far more than the nose itself. Because the nose sits in the center of the face, it has an enormous influence on overall facial harmony and attractiveness. A large nose, a prominent nose, or a nose with overly strong features in a woman can dominate the face and distract from otherwise beautiful facial features.
