Patient Details
This patient is seen about 4 months after a Breast Reduction with Augmentation, which is a more refined alternative to the breast lift with implants procedure. She has 350cc high profile silicone implants below the muscle with a 60 gram breast tissue reduction from the bottom (saggy) part of the breast. The final scar is lollipop shaped. She has some mild asymmetries and a skin fold at the bottom of the right breast. I plan on removing this skin in the near future. The benefit of this procedure is superior breast fullness, higher breasts and an overall “lift” that is unmatched by any other procedure.
