This is a classic breast lift with implants procedure -in this case the more advanced version I call the BRA procedure – Breast Reduction with Augmentation. The patient had about 150 grams of tissue reduced from the bottom of her breasts and we used 300 cc high profile silicone implants to build up top. The combination is VERY powerful as you can see from her before and after photos. Check out the moles around her body so you can truly appreciate the movement of her breasts upwards. The result is “higher, tighter and perkier” breasts.
It’s important to be aware that although most plastic surgeons will perform a breast lift with breast implant this procedure that you see is actually a reduction and augmentation combination that I have been working on for many years. It is, by all measures, a game changer in its ability to truly enhance a larger, low breast. If you review the work of other surgeons in comparison you will note that most results are simply larger breasts with better nipple-areola location but in the same location on their chest – there isn’t a repositioning of the breast up the chest as you can see here. This higher breast location enhances the appearance of your body proportions (shortening the upper chest and lengthening the abdomen), provides for optimal superior breast fullness and actually makes you look like you have lost a lot of weight.
