Patient Details
This is a 34 year old mother of two, 5’2″ and 125 pounds interested in a breast enhancement. She is seen here after a bilateral version of the breast lift with implants procedure I call the Breast Reduction with Augmentation (BRA) with the insertion of 275cc high profile silicone implants below the muscle and a tissue reduction of about 50 grams on each breast through a vertical approach resulting in a lollipop shaped scar.
She is very pleased with her results. Her breasts are fuller and rounder and project quite well. They are soft and natural on examination. These photos are less than a year out from her procedure. I also performed a full abdominoplasty and some liposuction as well at the same time. Probably one of the biggest benefits of the BRA procedure in her case is the fact that the long run of her upper chest is much shorter and more youthful in appearance. You can tell how different the upper chest is by looking at the freckles she has on her upper chest.
