This is a 51 year old mother of two who is 5’4″ and 126 pounds who was tired of her saggy breasts. She wants them “lifted”. She would also like to be about the size that she is now which she thinks is a “C”. She was also interested in a procedure to correct her inverted nipples. As you can see from her pictures, her breast are deflated, somewhat “sad” and certainly not the same size or shape. After doing a lot of homework on my website, she felt she was best suited for the advanced version of the breast lift with implants procedure called the Breast Reduction with Augmentation (BRA). This would provide for the greatest shape change, superior fullness and overall lift.
She is seen here about four months after a BRA procedure with the use of 200cc moderate profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle and a reduction of about 25 grams of tissue on each side. I also did some liposuction at the bottom of her breasts to improve the overall shape. These pictures are “early” because she has come in for another procedure so I took the time to take photos of her breasts. I didn’t perform a correction of her inverted nipples at the same time of her procedure as she expected because I felt it would be too much manipulation of her nipple-areola complexes and could have affected the blood supply which could have resulted in a partial or complete loss of the nipple-areola complexes (this is an EXECUTIVE decision made at the time of surgery).
Her photos show enlargement, more superior fullness, elevation of her nipple-areola complexes and improved symmetry of her breasts. She was measured as a DD by professionals. She is scheduled for a correction of her inverted nipples. Their continues to be some breast asymmetry and the scars are red as it’s only four months after surgery. She has been most impressed with the use of a bra to help mold and shape her breasts. She was actually able to move her breasts more to the midline with the use of a great day bra and a sleeping bra as well. Molding of the breast is real – particularly after surgery when things are healing. I cannot overemphasize that a breast enhancement starts with the actual procedure, but the aftercare in many cases is what really makes it special. Shaping the breast by moving the implant and positioning the breasts with a proper bra makes all the difference. If you want your breasts to look as great at five and ten years down the line you need to wear a bra that does the work of supporting them and keeping them up front.
