Patient Details
This is a mother of two who is 5’2″ and 118 pounds who complained of deflated breasts after her children. You can clearly see in her pre-operative photographs that she has lost all fullness and her skin is quite loose. She has a “pancake” shaped breast.
She is seen here after a breast lift with implants procedure using 325cc silicone implants and adjusting the skin and reducing about 21 grams of tissue on the lower part of each breast. The difference is obvious. She is actually wearing her silicone scar strips on the vertical portion of her scar. These pictures are taken at five months post operative and I suggest using the scar strips for about six months, at least 10 hours a day. This patient is extremely pleased with her result. She says that many people stare at her breasts in a way that she interprets as: does she or doesn’t she have implants? How can a mother of two possibly have breasts that are so youthful in appearance? In her case youthful can be broken down into superior fullness, tighter, non wrinkled skin, nipples that are pointing in the right direction, and nothing that sags. This could not have been achieved with an implant alone.
