This patient is seen after a bilateral breast augmentation with 375cc high profile, smooth walled, silicone implants placed below the muscle from an incision at the bottom of the breast.
As she is the ideal candidate for a breast augmentation, she enjoys very impressive results with beautiful shape and symmetry. Those women with symmetrical, non-saggy breasts with high quality skin and a flat thorax under the breasts are ideal for a breast augmentation. The chosen size works very well with her figure and personality.
We took two sets of “after” photos – one set two weeks post-op and another set at 7 months post-op. You can clearly see the settling of the breast implants over time. This is powerful imagery.
The shape is excellent because she totally gets the concept of wearing a bra after breast augmentation to support the weight of her implants so her skin doesn’t stretch over time. The idea of not wearing a bra after a breast augmentation/enhancement is ridiculous. It’s common for surgeons to inform patients of the need to wear a bra for about six weeks after their enhancement but no instructions thereafter so women simply don’t know the importance of support.
