Patient Details
This is a 27 year old patient who is 5’2″ and 108 pounds interested in a breast augmentation. She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 265cc high profile smooth silicone implants.
She has significant sloping of her chest wall. When I saw her for these photos, her breasts were sitting up front and not even remotely inclined to move off to the side. This is because she wears a sleep bra at night that keeps them there.
It is easy for me to forensically determine how compliant patients are with the use of a bra. If a patient has breasts that are sitting in the ideal place on their chest after a breast augmentation, there is no other explanation other than correct bra use OR a breast contracture. You want the former and not the latter for your breasts.
