A good bra does not have to carry a designer price tag. Beautiful lace and expensive labels do not necessarily provide better support. Look for a secure, comfortable band, cups that contain your breasts without spilling or gaping, and straps that stay in place without digging into your shoulders. Once cleared for exercise, wear a supportive sports bra appropriate for your activity.
