This is an interesting rhinoplasty result. Her original nose was dominated by a large, poorly defined tip with very atypical tip cartilages. Rather than having the more typical orientation to the sides, her tip cartilages curved upward almost like ram’s horns. She also lacked adequate tip projection, contributing to a nose that appeared large, unrefined, and not particularly complementary to her pretty face.
She is seen here about three months after treatment. The transformation is already impressive. Her nose is smaller, more refined, and much better balanced with her facial features. The tip now has improved shape and projection, creating a softer, more feminine appearance that fits her face beautifully.
At only three months, she still has healing to complete. Residual swelling—particularly in the tip—will continue to resolve, and I expect her definition and refinement to improve further with time.
This is what rhinoplasty is ultimately about: not simply making a nose smaller, but creating the nose that looks like it always belonged on the face.
