Patient Details
This patient had what we call a “high tension” nose. This means the septum is larger and overgrown than most and makes for a high dorsum and a narrow nose on frontal appearance. The nostrils are narrow and small because the bottom of the nose is stretched upwards from the septum. Her goal was a normal nose that fits her face. I lowered the dorsum and narrowed the base of her nose and work in a nice tip so the entire nose is smaller and more balanced and elegant to fit her delicate facial features.
